He brings an installer's knowledge to company leadership, has built and led teams across three companies, and still works alongside his crews in the field. - Leadership in the field: Vitaly has personally installed a substantial volume of exterior finishes. He builds crews, leads them and works alongside them on site. - Experience at scale: The featured portfolio represents approximately 436,000 SF across seven projects, from hotels and senior living to campus housing. That record includes Providence Town Center, completed under U Design Construction. - Crews matched to scope: Vamco teams with other crews and contractors, competitors included, to staff projects of any size. The general contractor keeps one point of contact. - Resources for the work: Vamco operates from its own Bellefonte shop with company-owned scaffold and equipment. Its scope covers EIFS, stucco, stone veneer, fiber cement, ACM and architectural panels, and weather barriers. - 1997, Anatole Exteriors: Vitaly's father founded Anatole Exteriors in Cleveland, Tennessee, part of the first generation of EIFS contractors on the East Coast. Vitaly learned the trade there. His brother Michael leads it today. - Early career, Shvenke Construction: Vitaly moved to State College, Pennsylvania, and worked in commercial EIFS at his uncle's company. - Ownership, U Design Construction: Vitaly rose from co-owner to sole owner, serving as CEO of its UDC Enterprise division. One of his largest jobs there was Providence Town Center, completed in 2009: 200,000 SF of Senergy EIFS for Brandolini Companies. - Next company, Stella Management Systems: After selling U Design, Vitaly built Stella Management Systems in Bellefonte. He later sold it within the family, and it operates today as a woman-owned company. - Today, Vamco System, LLC: His newest company, with its own shop, scaffold and equipment at 520 Old 220 Road in Bellefonte. He serves as President & CEO and remains active in the field. - Family company in the Southeast: Anatole Exteriors, Cleveland, TN (https://www.anatoleexteriors.com/) ## Team - Vitaly Maslov, President & CEO: Bids, contracts and new work. - Eli Trushov, Project Manager & Estimator: Takeoffs, schedules and the job on site. - Kevin Maslov, Estimator: Takeoffs and bid packages. - Stella Maslov, Office Assistant: Pay applications, submittals and the front office. ## Systems - [EIFS](https://vamcosystem.com/#/systems/eifs): Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems. Send the plans: Plans, specs, addenda and the bid date. A link to your plan room or STACK project is fine. 2. Takeoff and proposal: We take off every system by square foot and linear foot and send a proposal that lists what is included and what is not, valid for 60 days. 3. Submittals and mock-up: Product data, colour samples and shop drawings for approval. Mock-up panels when the spec calls for one. 4. Mobilize: Our own scaffold, plank, skid steer and trucks. Crews trained on the manufacturer's system and on scaffold erection. 5. Install and inspect: Installed to the manufacturer's published details. Barrier and flashing walked with your super and the adjacent trades (windows, roofing) before anything covers them. 6. Bill it your way: AIA G702/G703 pay applications against a schedule of values, change orders priced on T&M sheets. 7. Close out: Punch list, cleanup, and manufacturer warranty registration and closeout documents. Warranty terms follow the manufacturer and the subcontract. ## Pages - https://vamcosystem.com/#/ - https://vamcosystem.com/#/systems/eifs - https://vamcosystem.com/#/systems/stucco - https://vamcosystem.com/#/systems/stone - https://vamcosystem.com/#/systems/fiber-cement - https://vamcosystem.com/#/systems/panels - https://vamcosystem.com/#/systems/moisture - https://vamcosystem.com/#/projects - https://vamcosystem.com/#/process - https://vamcosystem.com/#/about - https://vamcosystem.com/#/contact Last updated: 2026-10-12 ## Optional - [Full text](https://vamcosystem.com/llms-full.txt): every system, layer, FAQ and process step.
